Equation of State
This package uses the Lee-Kessler correlation to calculate accurate
thermodynamic and volumetric properties of both pure substances and mixtures.
In addition to the volumetric properties of compressibility, density,
and specific volume normally associated with an equation of state,
this program package calculates the thermodynamic properties of entropy,
enthalpy, internal energy, fugacity coefficient (both for the
mixture and for individual components) and specific heats. Unlike
most equations of state, Lee-Kessler maintains its accuracy for liquids
as well as gasses.
As an add-in to Microsoft Excel, these properties can be used to rapidly
integrate technical problems with economic or commercial questions. It
provides a cost-effective expeditious alternative to expensive, time
consuming and arcane process simulators or custom computer codes.
